Molly works as a consultant for progressive non-profits with U.S. and international human rights focuses, particularly on gender equity and sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice. Her services include:

  • Research: Conduct and write up research projects using an array of methodologies including qualitative research (conducting semi-structured interviews, survey design and analysis, and comparative case studies), legislative tracking and coding, public records research, desk reviews (in English and Spanish), process tracing, opposition research, and basic quantitative analysis
  • Policy Analysis, Writing, and Review: Analyze and write policy briefs, reports, and research-based advocacy campaigns, as well as peer review and editing
  • Strategic Advising: Serve as a thought partner on intersectional reproductive rights and gender justice advocacy work

She has previously worked in these capacities with organizations including Rights CoLab, Blossom, and Next100, as well as with academics. Molly has also worked as a freelance writer on domestic and international policy/politics, taking on writing assignments including op-eds, policy briefs, editorials, and long-form reports and journal articles.
